3. What We Sell

THE GLOBAL EXPRESS specialises in tested heirloom seeds with high germination rates, along with hardy nursery products including plants, saplings, manure and garden accessories.

  • Every seed batch is tested for germination before listing.
  • Product images are for reference — natural variation is expected.
  • Seeds and plants are agricultural/perishable goods.
  • Prices in INR, inclusive of GST, subject to stock availability.

4. Quality Commitment

We test every batch of seeds for strong germination rates. However, actual results depend on soil, climate, water, sunlight, sowing depth, and farming practices at your location. We guarantee seed quality at dispatch, not crop yields.

5. Account & Orders

  • Email verification required before checkout.
  • Must be 18+ to place orders.
  • Payment: prepaid (UPI/card/net banking) or Cash on Delivery — all with free shipping.
  • Orders confirmed after payment. May be cancelled for stock/fraud reasons.

6. Liability

Not responsible for crop failure or poor yield. Liability limited to the product purchase price.

7. Governing Law

Indian law applies. Courts in Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
