Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Charges

All orders — prepaid and Cash on Delivery — include free shipping across India. No delivery charges are added at checkout.

2. Processing

Orders are processed during working hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM). Seeds: 1–2 days. Plants: 2–3 days. Tracking emailed on dispatch.

3. Timelines

Gujarat: 2–4 days
Metro: 3–5 days
Tier 2/3: 5–7 days
Remote: 7–12 days

4. Packaging

Seeds: moisture-proof pouches. Plants: ventilated boxes with soil wrap and pot security. Hardy packing for safe doorstep delivery.

5. Weather

Live plant shipping may be paused during extreme conditions. Email notification provided.

6. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the courier will attempt re-delivery. Undeliverable parcels return to us for re-shipment or refund.
